Artwork Guidelines

We assist with logo creation if needed. Preferred formats ensure the best quality.

• Preferred: Illustrator (.ai/.eps) with outlines
• Accepted: High-res PDF, JPG, TIFF (300 DPI)
• Color: Pantone (PMS) matches attempted

Proofing Options

• Virtual Proof: Included with order acknowledgment.
• Product Proof: Physical sample available (~$50 + shipping).
• Timeline: 5–10 working days for physical proofs.

Color Print

Cost-effective silkscreen, pad print, or transfer. Ideal for solid colors.

Full Color

Digital photographic process for gradients and complex images.

Deboss

Subtle, pressed artwork. Can be color-filled or blind (no color).

Laser

High-end etching for detailed decoration on various surfaces.

Embroidery

Professional thread-based logo reproduction for apparel.

Hot Stamp

Foil imprinting (Gold, Silver, etc.). Exact PMS matches vary.

Payment Terms

• Method: Bank wire transfer preferred.
• Deposit: 30% upon order placement.
• Balance: 70% prior to shipment.

Shipping Details

• Terms: FOB Factory standard.
• Options: CIF and DDP available on request.
• Note: Delays due to customs/weather beyond our control.
